Submitting Events
- Mostly it’s obvious what you need to add.
- Your event will be submitted in draft format
- We will receive a notification email and aim to check and publish within 5 days
- Post events at least 3 weeks before they happen so we can promote them. if less than that we reserve the right not to publish.
- We reserve the right to edit, clean up typos, and make an excerpt for the site.
- Photos need to be the right size (see below) or we will resize them, this may delay our publishing time.
Organisations
If your organisation is not in the dropdown then you can add it. You must provide an email so we can contact you and a link to your website or FaceBook page. If you don’t have this please provide a phone number.
Venues
If the venue is not in the dropdown you can add one. If you want to provide the meeting location in your booking information please choose Meeting Place in Booking Information
Photos
The site photos need to 16:9 essential widescreen format. Below are three examples of this. Download one of templates and use it to size your pictures. We suggest using Canva or Photoshop to create the template.
